 Hello, and welcome to the Pairing of the Week! This is a neverending contest with all sorts of Redwall pairings.  And excuse the name, I meant there should be new ones to read weekly. Yes, I know this is a bit uncanon, but it's all in good fun, no? Okay, so what you do is just fill in the form to the right, and read the ones below, if you want. Remember, be sensible! No slash, femslash, incest or anything like that. This is not a fanfiction website! (Well, it is, but you know what I mean...) Be kid friendly, and have fun!!! You may submit more than one pairing.  

**Important Notice: All pairing characters MUST be canon (meaning they're in the books- no OCs). If you're not sure if your character is canon, go to Snowfur's Redwall Encyclopedia.  They must also be around the same timeline. ***

Dandin and Aubretia 
      
 Ok I'm probably going to get into all kinds of trouble for this from the Dandin/Mariel shippers but I personally don't think that Mariel would ever get married. Oh Dandin asked her alright, probably several times. He finally decided he was ready to settle down after he had see what he wanted to of what was over the horizon. But Mariel told him that it would be like marrying her brother and sent him off back towards the main land with her blessing. (She also said Aunt Mariel would be glad to teach his kids how to swing a gullwacker) 
      So Dandin sails back for the main land and gets totally off course and lands on the north shore. He wanders aimlessly for a season and stumbles upon Noonvale where a kind healer, a young female mouse named Aubretia nurses him back to health. He mentions that he's from Redwall. She tells him the story of her ancestor Brome and he tells her the story of his ancestor Gonff. They fall in love and get married and live happily ever after.
      The time line is correct as Aubretia did visit Redwall during the abbotship of Saxtus to tell the story of Martin the Warrior. And I just think it would be cool for the descendants of Martin's good friends to get together.
